Mobility grants in projects support doctoral students employed in an ongoing SNSF-funded research project to spend 6-12 months abroad at a single research institution, while remaining matriculated at their Swiss home institution. The grant covers travel, living costs, and conference/workshop fees up to CHF 20,000, with additional funds for accompanying family members. Applications are accepted anytime, but must be submitted at least two months before the stay and within the project's timeframe.
